Lesson Prices - for driving lessons in Wolverhampton
- 1 hour costs £22, if paying as you go, or
- £200 for 10 x 1 hour lessons, paid in advance
- 1.5 hours costs £32, if paying as you go, or
- £285 for 10 x 1.5 hour lessons, paid in advance
- 2 hours cost £39, if paying as you go, or
- £350 for 10 x 2 hour lessons, paid in advance
Test Day -
For the practical driving test, I charge a one off fee of £45. This is to cover the cost of picking the pupil up 1 hour before the scheduled start of the test, driving to the test centre, the hire of the car for the practical test, and then driving the pupil home again at the end of the test. All of this usually takes up to 2.5 hours in total.
This £45 fee is payable in advance prior to the test date.
Motorway Driving
- £50 for a 2 hour lesson
A Department for Transport research report dated 7th May 2008 shows that, on average, those who pass their driving test have had 47 hours of professional instruction, together with 20 hours of private practice.
